David M. Kozloff

David concentrates his practice in serious personal injury cases, wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, truck and bus accidents, and fire and explosion claims. He has four decades of trial experience in state and federal courts, and has argued numerous cases in all of the appellate courts of Pennsylvania.

He has been a guest lecturer on civil litigation for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Berks County Bar Association, and is a certified arbitrator/mediator. David is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum , and was the first Berks County lawyer to be admitted as a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, David has served as President of the Berks County Bar Association, member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Assistant County Solicitor of Berks County. He was the founding President of the South Mountain YMCA. David is a member of the Berks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.

Jeff concentrates his practice in employment and workplace litigation in state and federal courts, with specific emphasis in discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, severance and other workplace disputes. As a member of the firm's civil litigation group, he also handles commercial and personal injury matters.

Born in Dayton, Ohio, Jeff is a Colonel in the United States Army Reserves Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG) and is a member of the Berks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. In 2005 Jeff was selected as a "Super Lawyer" in Pennsylvania in the area of Employment Litigation. Of the over 600 lawyers in Berks County, only 2 received this distinction in 2005.

Pete concentrates his practice in civil litigation. Cases he selects mainly involve serious personal injuries, products liability, insurance subrogation and construction disputes. He has been a panelist in seminars presented by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Berks County Bar Association continuing legal education committee.

Born in Syracuse, New York, and residing in Pennsylvania since law school, Pete is involved with Junior Achievement, the Spring Township Athletic Association and is a member of the Seidel Family Scholarship Committee.

Pete is a member of the Berks County (President, Young Lawyers Section, 1999), Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations (Civil Litigation and Construction Litigation Committees). Barry is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation, including business and contract disputes, insurance litigation, intellectual property and copyright matters, environmental litigation, construction litigation and disputes arising from land use planning and real estate development. Barry also has substantial expertise in matters involving creditor's rights and bankruptcy where he represents lenders, commercial landlords and other creditors in collection, foreclosure, bankruptcy and related litigation.

Born in Washington, D.C., Barry is the Chair of the Robesonia Township Environmental Advisory Council and has conducted a seminar on technology in bankruptcy.
